Do not mix the two names
Mangalnath Bhat Pooja pacifies Mangal at the temple regarded as his birthplace. Kaal Sarp Dosh is a reading about Rahu and Ketu. Families sometimes arrive asking for “the dosh puja” and mean one or the other. Say the name you were given. If you are unsure, send the birth details and say you are unsure. The pandit will not sell you both by default.
Bhat Pooja does not include Kaal Sarp. Ask for the Kaal Sarp dakshina on WhatsApp before you agree, so nothing is added later.
What the booking needs
Name, gotra, and the birth date, time, and place. The city you will travel from. A morning you can be in Ujjain, or a clear request that the sankalp be taken in your name if you cannot come. Kaal Sarp is not a ten-minute aarti added at the gate.
If you also need Mangal Dosh addressed, say that in the same message. The two sevas can be discussed together. They are still two sevas, with two scopes, not one renamed puja.
Where it sits in an Ujjain visit
Ujjain is where many families come for both Mahakaleshwar darshan and dosh remedies. Keep the booked anushthan on its own morning. A Kaal Sarp vidhi plus a corridor visit plus a Bhat Pooja in one rushed hour is how names get skipped.
